Affordable alternative to assisted living
We support adults with a learning disability to remain living at home, providing a range of support options in blocks of care to work towards achieving the person’s goals. This can often be learning basic skills that promote independence to be able to live more independently with family, or to progress to living in their own home. Our support can be any of the following:-
- Support with personal care and morning routine
- Learn how to use public transport to access leisure, education or work
- To experience life in the community with shopping, visiting places, undertaking any activity to which the person would like to undertake
- Manage a budget, bills and meal planning
