We offer a free needs assessment service. We will visit the service user and their representative at home (or wherever they happen to be) to discuss what you are looking for and how we can help.

If you are already receiving a service from us, you will find a copy of our Complaints Procedure within the Service User Guide. This states the time frames within which we will respond, and next steps.
